A refreshing summer dessert made easy with frozen blueberries! This blueberry cobbler features a juicy filling and a crispy golden topping, perfect for any occasion.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Thaw frozen blueberries. In a bowl, combine them with 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tbsp flour, and lemon juice. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cut in cold butter until mixture is crumbly.
  4. Add milk/cream and mix until dough forms.
  5. Pour blueberry mixture into a baking dish and drop spoonfuls of dough over the top.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
